The MMI Community Economic Empowerment Program is designed to promote community economic development by equipping low-income and underemployed individuals with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed professionally. The program offers a comprehensive approach, including employment-related training, vocational skills program (such as culinary arts, carpentry, and cosmetology), entrepreneurship workshops, job placement assistance, professional networking opportunities, mentorship and coaching.
To ensure the program’s effectiveness and sustainability, MMI also undertake Ancillary and Supporting activities that enhance delivery, foster community engagement, and strengthen organizational capacity. These complementary initiatives help maximize the program’s impact and ensure long-term benefits for participants and the wider community.
